Information & eGovernment Authority Invites Public to Participate in ‘iGA Live’ Instagram Session on New Features of National Portal, Bahrain.bh

To promote a digital culture and encourage public eParticipation, the Information & eGovernment Authority’s (iGA) Communications & Marketing Directorate is continuing its interactive ‘iGA Live’ sessions, which aims to reinforce the awareness of its eServices and projects.
The Authority invited the public to participate in the new episode of its ‘iGA Live’ session via its Instagram account @igabahrain which will take place with the Director of eService & Channel Development, Ahmed Abdulwahab Albalooshi who will be discussing the new features recently added on the National portal Bahrain.bh aiming to enhance user experience. The live session will take place on Wednesday, 21st June 2023 at 1:00pm.
The new “iGA Live” will cover a range of the portal’s new features, including those related to the personal profile, such as the ability to view messages received from the Government Notifications System, view transactions & receipts for the past six months. It will also discuss the various payment options added, such as BenefitPay, Apple Pay, and others.
The iGA highlighted the importance of these live sessions, which encourage the submission of suggestions and feedback that play an important role in the development of the eServices, which are offered in cooperation with government entities, both via the National Portal, bahrain.bh and the apps available on the eGovernment Apps Store, bahrain.bh/apps.
