iGA Chief Executive Chairs 10th Government Service Center Evaluation Committee “Taqyeem” Meeting

In line with Edict (28) of 2024, issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to restructure the Government Service Centre Evaluation Committee (Taqyeem), Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed chaired the tenth Taqyeem committee meeting. The meeting focused on the committee updates and the preparations for the fifth cycle of the Government Service Centre Evaluation (Taqyeem 5).

Al Qaed praised the committee members for their efforts in the previous evaluation cycle and congratulated new members  joining the Taqyeem Committee, wishing them all the success.

The committee reviewed various topics, including the proposed amendments to the 2023 Taqyeem evaluation guide. The guide is part of the committee’s efforts to enhance the sustainability of government services, promote societal inclusion in the digital transformation process, foster competitiveness to adopt innovation and excellence in service centers, and improve government work and productivity.

Al Qaed emphasized the committee's commitment to sustaining and build on the improvements achieved in the customer experience at the government service centers, in line with the government's aspirations under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The committee discussed measures to enhance Taqyeem 5, including refining procedures, optimizing team operations, exploring customer service best practices

Al Qaed concluded the meeting by thanking the committee members for their dedication and hard work, wishing them success in the next cycle.
