The Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee held its 14th meeting, chaired by Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed. The meeting aimed at discussing latest updates on the development of government service centers in Kingdom of Bahrain.
Al-Qaed started the meeting by welcoming the committee members, remarking their continuous efforts to achieve the committee's goals towards enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of government service centers, promote initiatives that support the integration of government services along with implementing the best practices in customer service.
The committee discussed several topics, including the initiative for Government Customer Service Employee Evaluation and reviewed several criteria that enhance the quality of providing government service, customer engagement efficiency and foster competitiveness through customer feedback surveys immediately after completing the service transactions.
The committee also emphasized the importance of continuing to support government efforts in activating the Virtual Service Centers which help save time and effort in completing transactions while enhancing the government's interface with the public and improving customer experience across all service channels.
