In line with its efforts to promote a digital culture in the Kingdom, the Information & eGovernment Authority’s (iGA) Communications and Marketing Directorate held a public workshop to raise awareness of government eServices and channels. Coinciding with International Literacy Day on 8th September, the event took place at the iGA’s Muharraq Governorate branch in Al Barsha Building and was attended by civil society organizations and individual members of the public.
the workshop is part of a series iGA plans to hold this year for different age groups that can be attended in-person or online based on public preference. The events will cover different aspects of how to best utilize the National portal bahrain.bh search engine in looking for information or reach eservices they require and access digital channels available. The workshop showcases what individuals must do if they face difficulty while conducting a transaction and how to communicate with government entities for any enquiries or suggestions via the also National Suggestion & Complaint System (Tawasul).
