Dr. Al Hajri commended HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in particular, for leading these efforts, which have put the Kingdom on the same level as the world’s most advanced nations.
His comments came as he announced that the Directorate had been added to the National Suggestions and Complaints System, ‘Tawasul’, in line with efforts to provide a range of public communication channels in partnership with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA). Dr Al Hajri urges the public to use this advanced platform to communicate with the Directorate, and to offer suggestions, inquiries, or complaints via Tawasul’s smartphone app or system, in addition to the other methods of communication. One of the benefits of joining the platform is the ability to address all incoming comments. Suggestions will be studied, and appropriate ones implemented quickly and efficiently.
Through Tawasul, the Directorate will receive suggestions for improving its services, including endowments sector and mosque-related issues concerning imams, muezzins, preachers, event halls, and cemeteries.
Tawasul is available via the National Portal,
bahrain.bh or via the Tawasul app, which can be downloaded from the eGovernment Apps Store,
bahrain.bh/apps, or through other major app stores.
Tawasul is available round-the-clock to receive suggestions, inquiries, or complaints related to the government entities that have joined its platform.
