CE of Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA): The Launch of Private Notary Service to Facilitate Real Estate Selling Transactions Reflects the Government Support to Innovation & Digital Transformation

The Chief Executive of the Information & eGovernment Authority(iGA) Mohammed Al-Qaed, affirmed that the launch of the Private Notary Service by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs & Awqaf to facilitate real estate selling transactions via the ministry's official website highlights the government's commitment towards digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of innovative solutions in the key sectors, particularly, the Real Estate sector, being a fundamental pillar of the national economy.
The iGA CE remarked the Private Notary Service for its role in achieving seamless integration and electronic connectivity between relevant government entities to accelerate the real estate transactions. He also noted the value of this service in saving time and effort for the investors and property owners. The Private Notary service will also enhance the user experience and play a significant role in the success of the real estate market in the Kingdom of Bahrain to attract investors and reinforce confidence in the digital solutions in this sector.
