As per the report, the value of non-oil imports has increased by 8% reaching to BD515 million in February 2025 in comparison with BD475 million for same month in 2024. The top 10 countries for imports recorded 71% of the total value of imports.
According to the report, Australia ranked first for imports to Bahrain, with a total of BD79 million (15.3%), followed by China with BD77 million (15%) and Brazil with 43 million (8%).

Other Aluminum Oxide recorded as the top product imported to Bahrain with a total value of BD90 million (17%), followed by Non-Agglomerated Iron Ores and Concentrates with BD29 million (6%) and Parts for Aircraft Engins being the third with BD25 million (5%).

On the other hand, the total value of non-oil exports (National Origin) decreased by 0.3% to reach BD336 million during February 2025, compared to BD337 million for same month in 2024. The top 10 countries in exports (National Origin) accounted for 73% of the exports (National Origin) value.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked first among countries for then non-oil exports (National Origin) with BD73 million (22%). The United States of America was second with BD46 million (14%) and the United Arab Emirate was third with BD35 million (10%).
Unwrought Aluminum Alloys recorded as the top products exported in February 2025 with BD115 million (34%), followed by Agglomerated Iron Ores and Concentrates Alloyed with a value of BD38 million (11%) and Urea Whether or not in Aqueous Solution with BD22 million (7%).

The total value of non-oil Re-exports decreased by 8% to reach BD58 million during February 2025, compared to BD63 million for same month in 2024. The top 10 countries in Re-exports accounted for 83% of the re-exported value. The United Arab Emirate ranked first with BD19 million (33%) followed by The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with BD13 million (22%) and Luxembourg with BD5 million (9%).

As per the report, Turbo-Jets was the top product re-exported from Bahrain with a value of BD7 million (12%), followed by Smartphones BD4.3 million (7.4%), and Four wheel drive came third with BD3.8 million (6.6%).

As for the Trade Balance, which represents the difference between exports and imports, the deficit recorded BD121 million dinars in February 2025 compared to a deficit of BD75 million dinars in February 2024.
