As per the report, the value of non-oil imports has increased by 4% reaching to BD1501 million in Q3 2025 in comparison with BD1443 million for same quarter in 2024. The top 10 countries for imports recorded 66% of the total value of imports.
According to the report, China ranked first for imports to Bahrain, with a total of BD205 million (14%), followed by Australia with BD129 million (9%) and Brazil with 120 million (8%).
Non-Agglomerated Iron Ores and Concentrates recorded as the top product imported to Bahrain with a total value of BD147 million (10%), followed by Other Aluminum Oxide with BD119 million (8%) and PARTS FOR AIRCRAFT ENGINES being the third with BD61 million (4%).
On the other hand, the value of non-oil of Exports (National Origin) has increased by 12% reaching to BD1059 million in Q3 2025 in comparison with BD949 million for same quarter in 2024. The top 10 countries accounted for 69% of the total export value.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked first among countries for then non-oil exports (National Origin) with BD255 million (24%). The United States of America was second with BD105 million (10%) and The United Arab Emirate was third with BD97 million (9%).
Unwrought Aluminum Alloys recorded as the top products exported in Q3 2025 with BD301 million (28%), followed by Agglomerated Iron Ores and Concentrates Alloyed with a value of BD157 million (15%) and Unwrought Aluminum not alloyed with BD59 million (6%).
The total value of non-oil Re-exports decreased by 2% to reach BD186 million during Q3 2025 compared to BD190 million for same quarter in 2024. The top 10 countries in Re-exports accounted for 85% of the re-exported value. The United Arab Emirate ranked first with BD72 million (39%) followed by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with BD38 million (20%) and HONG KONG with BD11 million (6%).
As per the report, Four wheel drive was the top product re-exported from Bahrain with a value of BD29 million (16%), followed by WRISTWATCHES, PRECIOUS METAL BD10 million (5%), and Other parts of aeroplanes third with BD 8 million (4%).
As for the Trade Balance, which represents the difference between exports and imports, the deficit recorded BD256 million dinars in Q3 2025 compared to a deficit of BD304 million dinars in Q3 2024.
