Mohamed Jasim Sayyar
One of the first founding administrative work employees in the authority; Mr. Sayyar has over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors within the fields of human and financial resources as well as administrative affairs, including 10 years in iGA since its establishment.

Beside acquiring an MBA from Wales and a Bachelor in Arts from the University of Bahrain; Mr. Mohamed was granted with several certificates including the International License in Human Resources (CIPD), Specialized British Certificate in Human Resources Management (CIPD) and the International License in Re-Engineering Procedures (IPAPI).

His career began as an administrative and human resources supervisor at the Pension Fund Authority, followed by Chief of Human Resources and Administration at the Arab Open University. In 2007, he was appointed as Chief of Human Resources at iGA where he played a prominent role in establishing authority’s administrative and financial work; in 2011, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources & Capacity Building; and since 2016, he has been responsible for managing human resources and finance. Alongside holding presidency and membership of many internal committees such as the Employment Committee, Complaints Committee, Suggestions & Administrative Development, Social Activities, Building Coordination and Inventory amongst others.
