 AlQaed welcomed the attendees and thank them for their continued support wishing them success in their efforts to support the Government Program 2023-2026 in the new year.

The committee reviewed several topics on its agenda, as it discussed projects, purchase requests submitted by government entities and the actions required to be taken to provide the technical needs for them.

Also the committee discussed the Ministry of Health call center project the, which is one of the most important projects aimed at improving the level of health services by facilitating the process of communication with citizens and raising the level of customer satisfaction.

 It also discussed support systems and eservices for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, which aims to contribute to improving transactions and engagement with citizens and entities.
