In cooperation with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), Bahrain Polytechnic announced that it has joined the National Suggestions and Complaints System, Tawasul, to facilitate easier communication with the public.

Acting CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic, Dr. Reem Albuainain stated that Tawasul opens an important new channel of communication for individuals and stakeholders.

She highlighted Bahrain Polytechnic's commitment to advance its services, explaining that joining Tawasul underpins efforts to enhance communication with all stakeholders in order to achieve the desired goals. She added that this step aims to enhance transparency and widen the scope of direct interaction, working through an advanced system aligned with technological development and the rapid use of electronic means of communication.

Dr. Albuainain confirmed that Bahrain Polytechnic seeks to provide its offerings digitally, in line with a strategic plan through which it is committed to achieving the digital transformation of various educational and administrative services. Providing direct electronic lines of communication between stakeholders and college officials will help raise efficiency, productivity, and student capacities, she added.

The system will allow the public to better communicate with Bahrain Polytechnic about its academic programmes and operations, other student offerings, and academic and administrative staff.

Bahrain Polytechnic will take all necessary measures in responding to the complaints, suggestions, and inquiries submitted by stakeholders through Tawasul, which is available on the National Portal, bahrain.bh or downloadable as an application from the eGovernment app store, bahrain.bh/apps.
Its worth mentioning that since the launching of the National Complaints & Suggestions System in 2014, 46 government entities have joined Tawasul.
